MyCare Expert is a digital platform that connects patients with verified healthcare service providers including nurses, ambulance services, medical equipment suppliers, and other healthcare professionals. We facilitate bookings and payments but do not directly provide medical services.

3. User Responsibilities

For Customers:

Provide accurate information when booking services
Be present at the scheduled time and location
Pay for services as agreed
Treat service providers with respect
Report any issues promptly to our support team

For Service Providers:

Maintain valid licenses and certifications
Provide services professionally and safely
Arrive on time for scheduled appointments
Maintain patient confidentiality
Follow all applicable healthcare regulations

4. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Booking: All bookings are subject to provider availability and confirmation.

Cancellation by Customer: Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled time are eligible for full refund.

Cancellation by Provider: If a provider cancels, we will arrange an alternative or provide full refund.

No-show Policy: Customers who are not available at the scheduled time may be charged a cancellation fee.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through our platform
Prices are clearly displayed before booking confirmation
Additional charges may apply for emergency or after-hours services
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
MyCare Expert charges a service fee for facilitating bookings

MyCare Expert acts as an intermediary platform. While we verify our service providers, we are not liable for the quality of medical services provided. Users should verify provider credentials and make informed decisions. Our liability is limited to the service fees paid through our platform.

All content on the MyCare Expert platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyCare Expert and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting our support team.
